Tanya boasts more than 18+ years of leadership experience in clinical research—blending scientific rigor with operational excellence and a people-first approach. Tanya’s specializes in managing and scaling Phase I–IV clinical trials across therapeutic areas including oncology, immunology, and CNS, while leading global teams and driving strategic alignment across complex projects. She has successfully overseen more than 90 trials and managed budgets exceeding $50M, delivering consistent results in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. Her expertise includes strategic planning & budget management, CRO/vendor oversight & contract negotiation,  SOP development & regulatory compliance (ICH/GCP) and process improvement & risk mitigation. Tanya has a degree in business and healthcare management from Saint Leo University.
